At Sendi Studio, we respect your privacy and give you the right to delete personal data related to our services. This guide explains the steps for submitting a deletion request.

How to Submit a Data Deletion Request

If you want to remove your personal data from our systems, you can submit an official request by email to [email protected]. Follow the steps below to make sure your request is processed quickly and accurately.

Request Submission Steps

  1. Use "Data Deletion Request" as the email subject.
  2. Include your full name, the service name you used, and your user ID in the message.
  3. You may add extra information that helps us identify your data, such as the email address linked to your account.
  4. Send the request to [email protected].

What Happens After the Request Is Submitted?

After we receive your request, we will:

  • Verify your identity and the validity of the request.
  • Process your data deletion within 14 business days.
  • Send confirmation by email after your data has been deleted.

Important Notes

Deleting your data will permanently remove your account and all associated information. This action cannot be undone.

Some data may still be retained to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes, as described in our Terms of Service.
